Pain free ability is something most people don’t really know anymore. We are used to getting injured, used to the little pains we experience while living. The fact is; we should be able to live a pain free life!!! It is NOT normal to live with these pains. Living in pain is your body telling you something isn’t right. Well how do we live pain free?
We do this by building from the ground up. Strong feet, ankles, calves, hamstrings and hips. From here we get built towards anything that needs some work in the body. In our training we work through the ability we DO have instead of avoiding a certain area that hurts. It doesn’t matter how small your movement is, as long as it is pain free we can work the movement. Simply moving a joint is KEY to build longevity.
Using this method has proven to be very successful and has helped thousands of people over the world to live a pain free life. We address the pain free ability instead of observing the issue and only focussing on that area. We focus on the pain free ability, the movement that we CAN make. Besides everything in the body is connected so a certain area mostly has a cause somewhere up or down of the pain.
We look at the whole picture and help you progress slowly but steady.
