Yoga & Movement
Yin Yoga combines aspects of Hatha Yoga, the concept of the meridians in Chinese medicine, Taoist philosophy and Buddhist meditation techniques. Yin Yoga has a positive effect on your organs, immune system, muscles and joints. In a Yin Yoga class postures are held for 3-5 minutes, while the muscles are relaxed so that the connective tissue in the body is stimulated.

Do you ever feel your shoulders? knee? hip? elbows? Of course, we have all felt the sting of an injury, you take some rest and are back at it. But how do you prevent the next injury and how do you strengthen your bodies weak spots?
This is what mobility training is for!
Mobility in combination with strength determines the flexibility of your joints. So by focusing on that you can remain active with less pain and a bigger range of motion.

Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous class consisting of asana practice to strenghten body and mind. Vinyasa means ‘connection of movement and breath’. Through a creative series of asanas i will prepares you for more challenging poses.
During this practice, you will smoothly transition from pose to pose, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. These classes are for all levels practitioners.
YOGA DANCE FLOW
A Vinyasa flow inspired sequence that uses Hiphop and R&B music to create a fun and energetic vibe. In this class we will work towards a flow that we will place on the music like a choreography. Working with breath, movement and music. The perfect combination for your yoga practice.

FLOW & SOUND
Let the sounds of live music bring you to a higher level with acoustic flow. During this creative class we will work on synchronizing breath and movement while working on building strength and flexibility. Strenghten body and mind with the asana practice and also soften through the vibrations of the music.

YIN & YANG
Yin Yoga combines well with more powerful (Yang) forms of yoga, such as Ashtanga and Vinyasa. As a practice, yin yoga is designed to improve the flow of chi (the vital energy of the body) through the energetic channels (or meridians) to improve overall emotional well-being, immunity, and organ health.
When combined with a more active and physical sequence, the practice is then known as Yin Yang yoga witch is also possible to book.

A powerfull journey through yin poses guided by beautiful sounds. Through this yin class we will support you with the magical vibrations of singing bowls, koshis, a kalimba and vocals. As we take you along our journey of different poses we strive to find a place of deep surrender.
The use of live instruments causing vibrations will help you to go deeper into your poses. It will calm the mind and help you experience a deeper state of consciousness. The relaxing and opening effects of yin poses, combined with vibrations, will help you to make a deeper connection to the inner self. It will bring you into a place of deep surrender.
